When I Activate the “Base Data”. It shows the message below:
“Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.”
How do I fix this ?

As you are getting the error “Import AJAX problem” while importing base content.
Please make sure that you have set the requirements as in our detailed documentation:

You might miss something or install the theme in an improper manner. Kindly read and follow the below documentation for an appropriate installation: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/installation-process/

In case if it still displays that error then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide your admin login details to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have visited your website and checked the status and you haven’t set the “PHP post max size” and “Max upload size” as mentioned in our documentation.
