Problem with the submenu

Good afternoon,

sorry for my english but i am using google translate.

I have a problem with a submenu. As you can see in the 2 photographs that I attach, in the section of the menu called “CUIDADO FACIAL” a menu with some texts and 2 photographs is displayed. But in the section of the menu called “PRODUC” I have created a submenu called “Cuidado facial” with the same characteristics of the section “CUIDADO FACIAL” but when you pass the mouse over the menu it does not display and everything is well configured.

I want that when I move the mouse over the section of the menu called “PRODUC” and then click on the submenu called “Cuidado facial”, the menu will be displayed exactly the same as in the section called “CUIDADO FACIAL”.

Hello,

You need to create mega menu block and assign to menu item. Please read and follow the instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/

If you want to delete the categories from the home page and you want to show on other pages, you need to create a custom header (just one more header without a category menu) https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/ then set this custom header for the home page: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/set-different-header-specific-page/

My problem is not that, my problem is that if I create a submenu, it is not displayed. In the image that I attached called “3-scaled.jpg”, when I hover the mouse over the section of the menu called “PRODUC”, a submenu called “Cuidado facial” is displayed and when hovering the mouse over “Cuidado facial”, instead of displaying the menu that I created, nothing happens.

Hello,

Megamenu block works only on the first lever item https://prnt.sc/utdwru

As you can see you have added it to the sub-menu. You need to remove the sub-menu and assign it directly to “Produc”

Hello,

Unfortunately, it is not possible. You can insert the title in the HTML block and it would be your sub-menu. Bellow will go the main links. And do the same with each sub-menu item.
