Missing My Category Header

    Hi Support,

    I started a conversation a year ago of setting up a banner image, different per category. After the recent update, I noticed that my header banners are missing on the page, but I do see them still under categories on WooCommerce. How can I fix that (I have an image of where I would like to see the banners).

    Hello,

    It seems there is a plugin conflict.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hi there, we disabled all plugins except WooCommerce and core Woodmart plugin and the problem persists. Please see admin credentials in the private area. Thank you for your time.

    Hello,

    The theme has changed considerably for this year. If you want to have a category banner like this: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/furniture/

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Create an HTML block for each category in Dashboard > categories.

    2. Add promo banner or other content you want to show

    3. Insert the shortcode ID into the category as described: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#cat_att_tag

    If you want a banner like this: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/product-category/cooking/

    You need to enable the shop title for the shop page and then set the banner in each category https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-category-menu/
