    Hello,
    I have a problem when viewing the page on a mobile, the menu does not display, the categories cannot be displayed.
    The problem is only on the cell phone, when you want to display the page it refreshes and a / # appears at the end in the link.

    I was using google chrome but at the time of editing the general colors the icons were eliminated, so I started using microsoft edge there if it allowed me to change the colors, but now the problem is the menu on mobile devices.

    Hello,

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Sending information in private content, I just installed the theme again but now I don’t know why the template can’t be fully displayed and the drop-down menu on mobile still doesn’t work.

    Please provide the details of the problem. Provide page URL and screen with the problem.

    yes apparently the problem that caused the menu to not work on mobile phones was a site ground plugin.
    The problem we now have is that the modifications that are made to the web with respect to the design are not displayed on the mobiles, they continue with the same template and the categories that were modified are not displayed on the mobiles.

    Please could you help us, in the private Content you left the accesses so that you can review it.
