Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please restore the site from the backup I do hope you have done that before installing WoodMart, you have not done, contact your host support, perhaps they have automatic site backups.
As soon as you restore the site, export all the content if you are going to use it with WoodMart, you can do that by means of Tools > Import/Export.
Then reset the WordPress site with the plugin or reinstall all, install WoodMart into net WordPress installation, configure as per your needs, delete the demo times you do not need and then upload your content file.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

badrParticipantThank you for your feedback.
The problem is that we need to keep all the database (orders, products and customers, pages..) with the same WP ID.Best regards.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I am not sure it is possible. I would recommend following these steps:
1. Create a testing site and prepare all for import to the live site: you will need to recreate all the pages and product templates in WP bakery page builder using WoodMart elements instead of Basel elements.
2. Deactivate all the Basel plugins on the live site, install and activate WoodMart and all the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.
3. Then take each crashed page, remove all the crashed shorcode and copy recreated page shortcode from the testing site.
In this case, all the Woocommerce database would remain, and you will just recreate the page’s posts and products by means of WoodMart elements, I mean these ones: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/
Best Regards

badrParticipantSorry i think you’ve not got the issue, i’m not talking about the crashed pages, i know i should recreate pages with Elementor, but i’m talking about the Theme style (all icons and colors and tyles have disappeared.
Also i’ve just figured out that only when i enter to header builder or edit the headr it crashes the site
(please note that the switch from Basel to Woodmart has worked well in another staging site before)Best regards.
