The hosting provider has confirmed that everything is working correctly on the server.

Svg images are displayed correctly everywhere, but except information boxes

But as you can see, the problem is not about the SVG but about the file_get_contents function that takes the SVG file content. It can’t complete the request because of the wrong configuration of SSL on your server and it is clearly stated on the error. You can enable WP_DEBUG and see the error on your website. There is nothing that can be done from our end to fix this.
