I want to make chat button in the header on checkout page. For that i made wpbakery block with link on telegram and viber. How i can make chat button on the header to open wpbakery block after click?

Hello,

We have the Popup element, when you add it, it is presented as a button opening a popup on click. You can insert any block inside.

The checkout page is not editable as it is a functional page. You can create a separate header for the checkout https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/set-different-header-specific-page/ and add a popup by means of HTML block: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/

Alternatively, you can insert this HTML block with the popup in the pre footer for the checkout page only by means of Theme presets: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/theme-settings-presets/

Hello,

1. Create (clone) the separate header for the checkout page: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/create-new-headers-header-builder/ you will be provided the predefined layouts and if you scroll more you will see your existing headers to clone.

2. Create HTML block and insert the Popup element: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/

3. Configure your popup. It will be shown as a button that calls the popup window on the click at the same time you can insert any content inside the popup.

4. Add this HTM block into the Header by means of HTML Block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/

I did everything exactly like it was instructed, but the button open white background without the content which I set in WP bakery. What I did wrong? I need pop up button which will open html block with social chat button (viber, telegram).

Hello,

I have provided the instruction to add a WP bakery popup element into the header, however, if you want to have a chat in this popup, you will need an additional plugin that would ensure this. The popup does not open chat, it just shows the content that you add to the popup area.

I made a link to social networks in wpbakery myself and called it a chat, you misunderstood me. The content I created in the block is not displayed. I get a white box instead of content
