    Hello,

    Please install the free Classic widget plugin if you have not done that yet.

    Then try to regenerate “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools: https://take.ms/LGpvf

    In addition, please check Woocommerce > Settings > Product tab > Advanced tab and disable Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.

    I couldnot find this. there is no advanced tab. please help

    I found that i have to update woocommerce to Version 6.4. to see Product tab > Advanced tab

    however, after i followed all your instructions, the issue still remain.

    Hello,

    We have checked and see that the swatches on the product page do not relate to WoodMart. They do not have unique wd-classes, please have a look at the screen: https://prnt.sc/dZD7QQTXfEUj

    The swatches are customized either by third-party plugins or customization. In both cases, such fixing is not covered by our support.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme and create swatches as per this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/variable-products-and-swatches/ then check how it works.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
