footer problem

    I have a problem with the footer, I tried to use the html block method and it made two footer in Arabic and English with the use of wpml plugin to translate between them, but it did not work when changing the language from Arabic to English and vice versa. Need help to solve the problem?

    Then when I tried to use the widgets method and set the footer to a specific number of columns, I found that the content of some columns does not appear and I do not know why and I need help to make them appear

    I did all the required steps, but the footer did not work when changing the language. I need the footer to appear in Arabic when the site is in Arabic and in English when the site is in English. I made two templates under the name footer by 12Dove.com in both Arabic and English and I need it to work when changing the language can you help me please?
