search with problem

    Hi, I’m having problems with the “search”. When I’m logged in it works perfectly, but when I enter as a visitor it happens as I’ll show in the printscreen.

    Hello,

    Please update the theme, plugins in Appearance > Install plugins, then deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Then check the issue.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    I did everything you asked and nothing…

    I updated the theme, the plugins mentioned and toggled off and on the rest…

    I still notice other similar errors, which when logged in, everything is ok, but in guest mode it is totally wrong.

    I’ll show you on the printscreen.

    I’ll leave access too in case you need it.

    Hello,

    You won’t be able to see anyway, I’m back to normal.

    I wasn’t going to leave the site buggy.

    The changes I had made when this happened were:

    I changed the color of the first header bar, which was supposed to be gray, but it didn’t. That’s why the texts are in black.

    I changed the color of the header category bar to green, but they were not changed, you can’t see any text because I changed the text to white, since the bar is green.

    The header text bug on the left side was also affected, I changed the size and that’s what happened, basically it was supposed to be the same as the one I was logged in, but it didn’t.

    Now about the “search”, I used full screen 2. And that’s what happened with logged in and not logged in, that is, there are a lot of bugs with logged in and not logged in.

    Note that in the printscreen you sent me, the logged in has a black line and a shadow, for the visitor this change is not being made. Please help me! I can’t change anything that bugs the visitor.

    The problem is not just that, but in general, everything I edit in the Elementor, does not appear the same way as if I was logged in.

    It is complicated! It helps me!

    Hello,

    Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    What does the home page have to do with it? Sorry, your answer has nothing to do with everything I said!

    And I could edit the home page with all active plugins, read again everything I said please, I believe it was not checked correctly, because your answer makes no sense, I talk about the header, I talk about the popup, I talk about of the search, which are all bugged for logged in users and visitors!

    MY GOD! I can’t believe they’re giving me an answer like that!

    It has nothing to do with my problem, my problem is that the changes I make with USER LOGGED in are not the same for visitors!

    You are talking about disconnected matters.

    I will repeat what I said!

    Any and all changes I’m making on the site, whether header, popup and others. It doesn’t stay the same for the user, see the previous information, see the images and please don’t give me a meaningless answer anymore! HELP ME

    Earlier I tested editing the page #388100

    Please reproduce the same steps: deactivate all the plugins as I show on the screen, check the issue, then activate the plugins one by one to detect which one causes the problem.
