Hello xtemos,

We have a client’s site using Basel Theme. When we enabled your theme with required plugins. Simply, WordPress backoffice is very slow. Is it normal?

Our hosting provider needs to have some settings configured?

With default wordpress theme enabled, Backoffice stays faster.

I need feedback urgently.

Hello,

Yes, i was following this article, it seems to be good to optimize your theme.

I have another issue, check out this video:

When i make checkout, it takes long time during loading.

Can you help with this issue? This problem is very common in wordpress.

I already tried to disabled your Basel Theme and i chose the default theme and this problem persists.

Do you have any solution for this? Can be related to database queries ?

Hello,

If you have the same for another theme, it means the Basel does not cause the problem. You would better contact plugin support, they should have the solution.
