Demo site import not working

Hello,
I have tried to import the demo theme “Hardware” but every time I install it the site does not load correctly and I end up with the site like this. (screenshot)
I have tried uninstalling and reloading everything but the result is always the same.
if you could kindly upload the “hardware” demo theme and maybe explain to me how it ends up like this even though I follow the whole procedure step by step.
