2. When the user leaves the review in the English language it will show on the page. I have added the test review for this product: https://delayon-eyewear.com/en/shop/jona_en/

3. I did not find any issue in the product settings tab on the product page, I have set and enabled the new label and other settings from the product settings all is working fine and saved.https://ibb.co/xYBFfCd

4. Can you please tell me which javascript is not working and where you have added that javascript for what purpose?
