How to edit the default sidebar

I read your setting guidance, but I still can not find where to change or edit the sidebar, can you show me where and how to do that? Is that a fake function?

First of all set the sidebar position for this page.
As soon as you create a custom sidebar in the Dashboard > Sidebars.
You will see this sidebar in Appearance > Widgets, you can add the widgets which you want to show in this sidebar.

Yes, I’ve done this step.

When you click to set a custom sidebar in the page options, you will see the drop-down list, showing all default sidebars, and your custom sidebars.

Where to find the drop-down list in the page options? Will you take your screenshot for me?
