Header not updating and Footer image blurred

I have no cache activated, I tried disabling all plugins but the header still not changing, I cant change the content and cant switch the default header
And the image I used on footer is blurred (tried both big image and small image) you can see it on mobile

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Hello, I solved the header issue (the homepage had a different header from the default one)
But the footer logo is still blurry…
And I have a question about this page category: CHECK EXTRA INFORMATION
Why does that have a different template?
And how do I choose that template
Another question: how do I revert the shop page into a normal category page with all products instead of the custom template?
