    Please check this manual and make sure you have configured everything properly: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/wishlist/

    If you have configured everything properly, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    When I try to disable the plugins I got the error and cannot enter the site admin:

    Error 503. Service Unavailable
    The server is temporarily unavailable. Please check back shortly. If this problem persists, please contact our Technical Support department.

    Please restore the site from the backup and try to disable the plugins in the File Manager.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    When you enable the cache plugin, make sure you have excluded Wishlist from the cache.

    You provided limited access and I could not check the menu. Most likely you need to set your menu as “main” in Appearance > Install plugins.

    I have restored the Wishes page.
    But the main menu does not appear. Only the submenu appears.

    The menu works on both logged-in users and in incognito.

    Also i have an issue on- the top banner on the mobile view when make it sticky. the color disappear and becomes transparent.
