Thanks for your reply, but my question not settle yet…

I checked the custom layouts from dashboard > Layouts > Single Product Layout…
The layout didn’t show “tab”.

But I have set in theme settings/Single producet about the tab.

So my question still there:
That is: Why are my settings in Theme settings/Single producet not reflected on the front-end page?
