My contact form has stopped working. For seemingly no apparent reason.At the same time, letters about orders are delivered, which means there are no problems with SMTP settings.

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

You will not lose the theme settings or any other settings from site.

I found the problem.
Apparently Contact Form 7 takes the Email address from the ADMINISTRATIVE Email item.
At the same time, I had a different EMAIL in the SMTP settings.Letters about orders were sent to the email specified in the SMTP settings. This is a separate address for order processing.
But the administrative Email was different, for technical letters.
In order for letters on the Feedback Form to arrive, I had to indicate in the ADMINISTRATIVE EMAIL section the email for processing orders specified in smtp.
I want to ask you, is it possible to force the contact form to send emails other than the ADMINISTRATIVE EMAIL?

This issue is not related to the Woodmart theme. Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
If the issue is not with our theme, then please contact the plugin author support for this issue.
