    also my website is very slow when i buy it. it was fast loading and good goolge page speed now it’s very low can you tell me what is the issue

For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.

    Hello,

    1. The functions.php file from the child theme is working well so most likely the issue is in the custom code itself.

    2. Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switch to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing of this plugin we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Hello,

    Seems that your server is not stable because on the default theme, we can see that the site loads more than 5s and it’s not normal for the default theme. On the default theme, the page should load around 1s.

    You can see with default theme website speed is very good there is issue with theme can you check it please

    Hello,

    It is not right to compare pages between our theme and the default WordPress theme since the second one doesn’t have any elements like a mega menu, product carousels and other. In fact, you just compare one page full of content with an empty page.

    again new issue comes when i did disable mobile items in theme but still showing both in mobile desktop and mobile both are using in mobile
    can you please check it what is the issue
    Like below images i have disable in mobile but still showing . same like in proudct page also i have two titles 1 is for mobile view and 1 for desktop in desktop works fine but mobile showing both title

    Sorry for the delay.

    1. Try to disable these options: https://prnt.sc/EKurCm6-ZOKl , save it in the Elementor and then enable them back and resave as well. Then recheck the issue.

    2. Please clarify, is it slow in loading or bad results in the “Insights” tools?

    2. https://prnt.sc/Y0nt57EXiHl8 – The number of DOM elements are generated in the process of content building. All WPBakery/Elementor page builder elements are DOM elements. If you want to reduce DOM elements you will have to reduce the content: widgets, products, menu items, and others.

    3. Use the WP Rocket plugin to combine and minify CSS / JS
