3. I wanto modify the tipography of the price

You can use Same the theme presets in #2, then go to Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Buttons https://prnt.sc/WMKrlx0xqjra

But in order to make #3 works, you need to disable Elementor Pro plugin because it will overrides all fonts settings.
