    please with new version woodmart , fonts one are showning as extended
    woodmart override elementor fonts for no reason
    could you please figure that out?
    in the word file attached there are two scrren shoots one of them for home page and the other one is for another page.
    not that footer is built using elementor pro

    Please we need quick support for this .

    Also , we can move back to previous version of website and the problem was not there but by new update of version to 7.4.3 problems started

    Hello,

    1. In the Elementor I do not see custom fonts, there are defined default fonts, here is a video: https://take.ms/DDgCD

    2. In general, it’s bad practice to upload fonts via Elementor because the theme has its own areas to do it. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Typography -> Custom fonts and upload your font: https://take.ms/2zeTY , then assign that custom font in the “Basic” area: https://take.ms/jaPzT

    So in such a way, you can apply your custom font for the whole website.

    Hello,

    Sorry, Our agents work in different time zones so the answer might be expected at another time as well. Usually, it takes a few hours to answer during working time and 12-48 hours on weekends and holidays.

    Looks like the issue is related to the additional custom code that is situated in the Child theme, when we enabled the Parent theme, the fonts started to look well. Here is a video: https://take.ms/gvQyOr

    I am afraid that is not correct , child theme is not able to read font files in same folder why do we have such problems ?
    When we try to upload custom font using theme itself it works fine and as expected

    Hello,

    I sent you a video that shows that the issue is in the child theme: https://monosnap.com/file/xuE1ocqiTSEgLFnWXxbRQnWNqCHCk4 , so you have some code that defines a font and it could work wrong so as a result the default font loads on your site. I suggest checking the child theme and removing all fields where the “font-family” or similar custom CSS properties are defined.
