Widgets and adding custom Category

Hello

I have added categories to my filters on this page – https://staging.toiletface.co.uk/product-category/football-novelty-toilet-paper/

However, you will notice that my filter displays all the categories my site has, when I want it to display only the sub category of each main category that a user is on. So on my football categoery, I want to display just the sub categories of the football category.

How can I do this?
