cosettParticipantHi there,
I exported the cosmetic page template, but the menu does not show up on the page. How do I add the menu? I went to header builder and tried to “export menu” but it showed just a code and that I should save it for some menu exporter. But how do I export it to the website?

cosettParticipantI spent the whole day yesterday to find out how to add menu from the theme into my homepage but wasn’t successful. The menu that is there right now is the one I created in Elementor but for some reason I cannot replace it with the one from Woodmart theme. Thank you for your help.

cosettParticipantHi there. Ok, how did you deactivate Elementor Pro menu?
August 29, 2024 at 10:10 pm #593685
cosettParticipantSo I deleted the header template and also deleted the Elementor header blog from the main page but it still does not show the woodmart menu. Also at your screenshot the word “Luxusní” is in different font. Why is that? I uploaded customs font into the woodmart settings. Also, I noticed that I cannot translate button description and other description from English to Czech language. I use Loco translator plugin for that but it does not show the translated words. Why is that? Sorry for more questions, but I always have to wait many hours for your response and I don’t have that much time to finish the website. Thank you

Hung PhamKeymasterHi cosett,
You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.
Regarding the translation:
+ In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-make-woodmart-multilingual-with-wpml/+ You are also need to select the language for the backend and theme settings for admin from the admin user profile, please edit the user’s profile and then select the language for that user it will show the same on the backend.

cosettParticipantHi, I did deactivate all the plugins and the one causing problem with the menu is ELEMENTOR PRO. I did contact them to solve the problem and this is what they support answered – they say you should fix the problem:
Hi Anita.
Thank you for reaching out to us. My name is Sandra, and I’m part of the Elementor Tier 2 Customer Experience team. I apologize for the inconvenience you’re experiencing with your menu layout.
Upon checking the site I see the menu is coming from the theme and it seems to be conflicting with Elementor pro. However, I also noticed you have 62 plugins installed.
Please note that as the number of installed plugins increases it might lead to compatibility issues and conflicts. Please consider double-checking the number of active plugins.
Ref.:https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=how+many+plugins+wordpressAs a first step in this case, I recommend you try to to rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor and Elementor Pro) and see if it helps. If it solves the issue, reactivate them one by one to find the culprit. If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Twenty Three, for example and see if it makes any difference.
As we have no control over coding for third-party plugins nor themes, we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this theme so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.
If they need any technical details regarding Elementor, they are free to open an issue on our Github page where our developers will be happy to collaborate directly with them:https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/new/choose

Hung PhamKeymasterHello cosett,
Can you please record a short video for better understanding to reproduce the issue on your site.
You can create a dev site, update theme and core plugins to the latest version and I can help you to debug issue without affecting to production site.
Devsite – also called a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins thus such changes will affect the main site. The below article will help you to create it:
