WooCommerce problems with Basel theme

Hi guys,
I have some issue with WooCommerce on the Basel Theme.
First: every day the name titles of the products disappear. Its random which product the name titles disappear. See attachment for some screenshots.
Second problem is the Woocommerce order. The site name, order id and order date stays are not been set… This was till last week no issue.
In the attachment you see several screenshots from orders. By the product you see no title and only the size and ID. When I check the website the product name title is gone but the slug is still there. Then I needed to update the title again.
Please can u help me with this problem.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
If it happens with our theme, could you please describe us the steps how to reproduce the issue on your website?

With default theme the order email is still not right. Is this a conflict with some other plugin then?
The issue with the product title names I cant reproduce. It will goes through the day. I cant get offline the whole day. Is this maybe something with other plugins conflicting with WooCommerce of is it something with cache?

Most likely, there is some issue with the installed plugins. We suggest you to pay attention to caching plugins, WPML and Yoast SEO. They may influence this content.
