Auto update on child demo

    Hello, I’m building my website on child theme, and I was wondering when theme gets update, does child theme also gets update automatically or do I have to make any manual adjustment to do so?

    Hello,

    When the main WoodMart theme gets updated, the child theme does not update automatically. This is because the child theme is intended to preserve your customizations and should remain untouched during updates to prevent losing your changes.

    You don’t need to update the child theme unless specific changes are required due to compatibility with the new version of the main theme. In such cases, you can manually adjust the child theme files while ensuring your customizations remain intact.
