Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
May be there is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme to determine whether the issue is with our theme.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
So the issue is not from the theme. The issue is from the server. Please ask your hosting provider to check the issue on the site and solve it for you. There is no issue from the theme or theme settings. The site should work with the Woocommerce default theme.
Best Regards.

kruajengParticipantI’ve already contacted my hosting provider and shared this information (as shown in the attached/previous image). They’ve thoroughly checked their end and confirmed that the hosting itself is functioning correctly and there are no virus infections.
I’m going to try deleting the current theme files and then reinstalling a fresh copy. If this doesn’t resolve the issue and I’m still unable to use the theme properly, I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a way to import or load the theme’s data incrementally, page by page, or section by section. This would hopefully allow me to work around the problem and get the theme working as intended.

kruajengParticipantAs you can see in the attached/previous image, I’ve completely reinstalled the theme. To do this, I formatted/deleted all the existing files related to the previous theme installation on my hosting server and performed a clean installation from scratch/from the beginning

kruajengParticipantI’ve attempted the reinstallation as we discussed, but unfortunately, I’m still encountering the same issue. The core problem is that I’m missing files for various pages of your theme; they are not present after the installation
To help me resolve this persistent issue, would it be possible for you to provide me with the theme’s page files individually or in small batches? This would allow me to upload the code for each page/section to my WordPress site manually. I understand this is a workaround, but I’ve been struggling with this for half a month now, and I’m still unable to get your theme working correctly

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have reviewed the site and did not identify any issues. Both the frontend and backend are functioning properly, with all pages displaying content as expected. Please refer to the attached video for further details.

kruajengParticipantI require assistance in customizing the /Shop *Page of the WoodMart theme, as it is displaying as a blank page as demonstrated in your video. The issue was temporarily resolved when a member of the community, unaffiliated with your official support team, kindly added an .htaccess file yesterday. However, I have been awaiting support from your team for more than 15 days since my purchase of the theme.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
If you want to custom the shop page, then please use the shop page builder as a custom layout:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/shop-page-builder/
And I have found that you have already using the custom layout for the shop page: https://ibb.co/VQJWDhk
You can edit the layout and add more widgets and make any changes as per your requirements.
Best Regards.
