Custom Sidebar Not Showing on Mobile

Hello, when I view my shop on mobile the shop page widget area sidebar appears. However when I click into a product category and expect a custom sidebar/layout to appear that shows filters via the Layered Nav widget the sidebar is not present on mobile. These custom sidebar/layout do appear on the desktop site. Please help!
Attached screenshots show a custom sidebar I created for the product category Ingredients > Malt & Grains
Shows fine on desktop. On mobile the Shop page widget area sidebar shows correctly for Ingredients but once I click into Malt & Grains there is no sidebar visible.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

I have turned off all plugins except those you requested and still no sidebar on the mobile site. Please find me a solution for this, waiting 4+ days is really stressing me out.

Please also look into issue I am having with the checkout page. I setup a custom layout for the checkout page and the In Elementor the billing details area has an email field, however on the actual checkout page on the website the email field is missing. See screenshots.
AND
I setup a layout for the checkout top page as well and have the login form and the coupon form added. Only the coupon form is visible on the checkout page. See screenshots.
