Various messages generated by Woodmart are not in formal German

Hello,
on the single product page, the shopping cart page and the checkout page there are a few texts that the Woodmart theme outputs that are not correctly translated into German. I would like to use “Sie” as a form of address. However, there are messages/dialogs which are in “Du”. I have already checked the .po files of the theme and the Woodmart core plugin, but cannot find these text passages. Please tell me how I can get the text passages or messages correctly formalized to “you”.

why should i upload there? It would make more sense if you tell me the reason why i should do it.
I´ve now uploaded the images here. See files attached. Alle the dialogs or messages are with “Du” but i need “Sie”. Pls check and correct or tell me where to find and how to change.

+ In order to change / translate words. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WordPress Cores file, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article

+ You are also need to select the language for the backend and theme settings for admin from the admin user profile, please edit the user’s profile and then select the language for that user it will show the same on the backend.

Hello Hung,
Unfortunately, your answer is far too general for my question. I don’t need a translation guide, but the exact places where I can find the incorrectly translated passages or messages in the screenshots. The site is already completely translated into formal German and I have used all the instructions and tools you mentioned. However, there are still a few occurrences of “Du” where “Sie” should actually be used. I was unable to find these places using the tools and possibilities you mentioned. Please help.

Where do you fixed what?
I still get a “Du” instead “Sie” everywhere! See screenshots.
The only occurence where it is fixed was “Hier erfahren Sie mehr zu den Versandkosten, Zahlungsweisen und unserer Widerrufsbelehrung. ” And that occurence (it came from the plugin german market) was fixed by myself.
So i cant see any fix from you.

I already wrote to you that I don’t know where the corresponding places for the translation should be. I also have no idea what your phrase “helped you synced the strings” is supposed to mean!
I don’t need help with things that are beyond my knowledge. I need concrete help with the translation of the text passages you have been told several times.
The whole thing has been going on for quite a while now and has been zero effective. Can’t you hand the thread over to a colleague if you can’t or don’t want to help me? I am in need of help. And since my customers are waiting, I can do it in a reasonable amount of time.
