Elementor content error, transparent header not working, products not showing

    Hello WoodMart Support Team,

    I am currently working on a client website using the WoodMart Beauty demo, and I am facing a few issues. I am quite new to WordPress and WoodMart, so I would really appreciate your guidance.

    I am trying to create a header and banner similar to the Beauty demo, but the header is not becoming transparent on the slider/banner section.

    When I try to edit the main slider with Elementor, I receive this error:
    “Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call the_content function in the current template.”

    On the Shop page, no products are showing, even though I have added products.

    Because of these issues my work is getting delayed. I have also attached screenshots for reference.

    Could you please guide me on how to fix these issues?

    Hello,

    Thanks for your contact, I have just checked your site and found there is no slider on the main page and as well as on the Shop page all the products are showing and working fine, Please refer to these screenshots: https://postimg.cc/XZVSBZy5 & https://postimg.cc/rzd642zS try to clear the cache and check back again.

    Hello WoodMart Support Team,

    I contacted you earlier regarding the issues I am facing with the theme, but unfortunately the problem has still not been resolved. These issues are affecting my work and delaying the project for my client.

    I kindly request you to either help me properly resolve the problem as soon as possible, or please guide me on how I can proceed with a refund for this theme, as it is currently not meeting my requirements.

    I would appreciate your prompt assistance on this matter.

    Hi, I’m building a page with Elementor and I’m having an issue with the hero banner. The section is not displaying in full width and there is space on the left and right sides of the banner, so the header and banner do not align properly.

    I have already set the section to **Full Width** and also enabled **Stretch Section**, but it is still not expanding edge-to-edge.

    Could you please check if the theme container, layout settings, or any theme restriction is preventing the section from becoming full width? Please help me make the hero section span the **entire screen width**.

    I want to implement a product section on my website just like your demo. I have also added color variations, but they are showing up separately underneath. Could you please guide me on how to configure this properly?

    Hello,

    To display the Additional Information tab, please go to: Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout > Edit Product Tabs widget and enable the “Additional Info” tab. Once enabled, it will automatically display a tab with product attributes assigned to the product.

    For the “Application Method” tab, please navigate to:

    Theme Settings > Single Product > Enable Custom Tab option.

    For the Estimated Delivery section, please open:

    Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout and manually add the Product Estimated Delivery widget where you want it to appear.
