I’ve changed this icon several times. Why is it still showing the default value? I’ve also changed it on the front end, but it’s still the default.

    Hello,

This demo is using a custom header on the home page that is why changing is not working on the home page because you are editing the default header. Woodmart theme provides the option to create different headers for different pages: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/

You can check the custom header for a home page and edit this header or change it with the default header: https://tinyurl.com/4c9d827c

    Hello,

You are using the Demo Accessories on your Site. The Demo Accessories use the Header Overlap style and the Header for the Homepage.

So, to make the changes under the Header on the Homepage, you need to go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Header Builder > there, edit the “Header Accessories Overlap” layout > and make changes in that: https://snipboard.io/MslX8Y.jpg

After you make changes in that, you will get to see the changes getting reflected on the Homepage.

    Best Regards,

    Hello

    I have another question.

When I open my product page on my iPhone or iPad,

I select a model and color,

but the color doesn’t change, and the price for the selected color doesn’t appear.

It works fine on my computer,

and it also works fine in Chrome F12 mobile view.

    What could be the problem?

I created a new administrator account:

Do you have an email address? Accessing this support website is too slow. I would appreciate a support email address. Thank you.

    Hello,

But it’s not working for me.

I have two different websites on the same server. The old website works fine; it’s also WordPress, just with a different theme. The new one, novkeda.com, works fine on both iPhone and iPad.

I’ve given you my admin username and password.

Could you please take a look and tell me what the problem is?

    Thank you.

I have another question. It’s not that I don’t want to receive subscription emails,

I just want to communicate with you via email.

Could you leave your email address?

    Thank you.

Sorry, this is just a supplement to the previous point.

I can see the color and price changes of the variants after using a VPN.

    My IP is in China.

I’m using: siteground. Another WordPress website and novkeda.con are on the same server, and I can see the color variants I set without using a VPN.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Could You check whether the issue persists when using a default theme (for example, Storefront)? Everything appears to be working correctly on our side.

    Hello, regarding the shop page,
    https://novkeda.com/shop
there’s no sidebar filter, and not all products are displayed. Could you please help me set it up? I’ve already included the admin username and password. Also, the product-category page has filters,
    https://novkeda.com/product-category/samsung/galaxy-s26-series/
but there’s no option for color or model.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    01. This demo is using a custom shop archive layout, That’s why you are seeing products added via a product carousel/widget layout and the sidebar filter is not appearing as a standard WooCommerce sidebar.

If you want to display all products with a normal shop layout + sidebar filters, please go to:
WoodMart > Layouts and disable or remove the custom layout:

“Product Archive Layout – Shop Accessories”

After that, the shop page will use the default WooCommerce template, and the sidebar filters will appear normally.

If you want to keep the custom layout but still show sidebar filters, you need to:

    – Edit the existing layout in WoodMart Layout Builder
    – Add a Sidebar element
    – Replace/adjust the product display using the Product Archive instead of the carousel widget.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    02. This happens because the attributes you are using are custom product attributes, which do not work with WooCommerce filters.

    Please create global attributes from:
Products > Attributes, then assign them to products.

After that, add them in the sidebar using the WoodMart WooCommerce Layered Nav widget, and the filters (Color, Model, etc.) will appear correctly.

    Best Regards

Hello, excuse me. I’d like to ask about the Checkout page. Is this due to the template or a version issue? It displays this way on computers, tablets, and phones.

    https://novkeda.com/checkout/
Where should it normally be displayed?

    Where can I adjust it?

Or could you help me set it up to display correctly? I’ve already sent the administrator username and password.

I’m mainly unfamiliar with WordPress and themes.

If possible, could you please help me set it up?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Due to the Header Overlap style, it might be happening on the checkout page.

Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon), or you can go through the admin bar directly.

Click on the Settings button and disable the Make it overlap option: https://postimg.cc/3WyFLC2t

If you want to disable the overlap only on the checkout page. Please try creating a new header and disabling the header overlap, and setting it as the Custom header for the page.

You can read our detailed documentation for further help: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/

    Hello,

    Two questions:

    1. After closing, it displays in the normal position, but I feel this placement is unreasonable. The image I provided shows the layout of my other website. The login area is in a much better position. The coupon placement, as shown in my image, should be next to the bill amount.

I hope you can optimize this.

    2. My other website is linked to the same PayPal account as this new website.

Why does my old website have Apple Pay, Google Pay, and credit card options that allow direct card number entry, while this new website doesn’t? My PayPal payment settings are the same as on the old website.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    01. I have checked your site and I see it is showing under the header. Try to disable the header overlap and then it will show correctly under the header.

Regarding the position after the payment section. Unfortunately, it is not possible. The HTML structure does not allow solving it. Such modification requires code customization, which is not covered by our support.

    02. This is not controlled by the WoodMart theme. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and direct credit card payments are managed by your PayPal account and PayPal plugin settings.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty-Five or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    Best Regards

I switched back to the original theme.

This is about the checkout page.

    1. I can see the credit card input is working correctly.

However, after switching back to your theme,

the credit card input is not displayed.

    2. In the original theme, the Google security image was fully displayed. After switching back to your theme, only a small part is displayed in the bottom right corner.

I checked the cart and product pages, and both Apple Pay and Google Pay are displayed.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    01. I see you are using a custom layout for the checkout page. It looks like the plugin adds its custom content using the standard WooCommerce hook. When you create a custom layout with a page builder, it doesn’t contain any default elements and hooks. It contains only those elements that you added with the page builder manually.

We have a special “Hook” element in page builder that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

    Read more information here https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-hooks-and-plugins-compatibility/

    02. Please use the below custom CSS code and paste it to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Mobile CSS section:

    .grecaptcha-badge {
            bottom: 60px !important;
        }

Hello, I think what you’re doing is incorrect. I purchased your theme, and while it looked normal in your demo, after importing it and without making any changes, it’s different from your theme demo. Is this something you need to resolve for me? If I were very knowledgeable and skilled with WordPress, I would build the theme myself.

What you’re saying is that you’re using a custom layout on the checkout page. It looks like the plugin adds custom content via standard WooCommerce hooks. When you create a custom layout using the page builder, it doesn’t include any default elements and hooks, only the elements you manually add using the page builder.

There’s a special “hook” element in the page builder that you can place in your custom layout so the plugin can add custom content there. However, we’re unsure which hook specifically you need. You can try selecting all the hooks one by one, or contact the plugin developer for assistance.

Isn’t this the theme you use? I also gave you the admin username and password. I bought a MinimogWP theme from another website, and whenever there’s a problem, they directly use the administrator I provided to fix the issues, and even provide repair steps. If your theme just says a few words, I think I should request a refund. The theme demo is different from what I’m using after installation. I can’t fix some of the bugs that appeared after installing your theme myself.
    thanks

    Hello,

I replaced the Checkout page block with a shortcode, and at the moment, I can no longer reproduce the issue https://monosnap.ai/file/FrXoglkhZkqx5jlxe2Uiwr8kqjorjB. Could you please check whether everything is working correctly on your end now?

    Best Regards.
