Hello,
The Description tab is generated automatically from the Product Description field, while the Additional Information tab appears when the product has attributes enabled for display.
Please edit your product and check the following:
- Description tab: Add content in the main Product Description editor.
- Additional Information tab: Navigate to Product Data > Attributes, add your attributes.
Once these fields contain data, the tabs will appear automatically on the single product page.
