Hi! How can I add those Description, Additional info tabs below my product? I don’t see the option when adding new products. Thanks in advance!

Hello,

The Description tab is generated automatically from the Product Description field, while the Additional Information tab appears when the product has attributes enabled for display.

Please edit your product and check the following:

• Description tab: Add content in the main Product Description editor.
• Additional Information tab: Navigate to Product Data > Attributes, add your attributes.

Once these fields contain data, the tabs will appear automatically on the single product page.

Is there a way I can change titles of those tabs? For example in another language, as my whole website is in Bulgarian

To change the text, you can use the Loco Translate plugin to modify this string.

I’m sorry but I still don’t see the additional details tab, I’ve already added attributes to my products but it’s still not visible. Maybe I did not do it correctly. Can you navigate me on how to activate this tab? Thanks in advance!

Navigate to Theme Settings > Single product > Tabs and make sure the default “additional info tab is enabled.

If the issue remains, share the product page url where the attributes added along with the wp logins details so i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.5.5 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue.

If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, clear all types of cache, and check if the problem persists.

Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Single Product > Elements > disable the Show attributes table after the short description option https://ibb.co/9NsCVG2 then the additional information tab will show.
