    please check nawah-scientific.com
    1- the loading of the website is slow, what are the best tools to optimize its speed?
    2- the loading of slider revolution loads at last and slow as well, any ideas?
    3- the 4 boxes sometimes freeze after hovering, e.g. the action button stays appearing even after hovering on other boxes
    4- in safari, the page https://nawah-scientific.com/directory/analytical-services/ and the team page under about and any module with fade effect, the fading effect sometimes causes the whole item disappears or appear in low opacity.
    5- is there a way to customize

    also the reviews are not working on products, it shows a duplicate comment message.

    Thank you very much for choosing a theme and for contacting the support.

    1. The speed of the site depends on the content weight and host speed.

    2. Slider Revolution is really a bit slow however our theme does not influence that.

    4. I will be able to check and advise later.

    5. What kind of customization do you mean?

    6. Have you installed any anti-spam plugins? Deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and check the issue.

    1- when logging in as subscriber, the homepage still shows login/register after logging in.
    2- i have attached a screenshot regarding the point number 4 mentioned in the above reply
    3- the comments on blog nor the reviews on products are working, i tried to disable the plugins and no use
    4- as attached, the 3 first tabs in the menu are in shown as active (blue) in the homepage
    5- how can i change the drop down link to active when I am in a page from the dropdown list?

    Hello,

    You have attached access to CPanel and I need the access to the admin panel of the site.

    1. I have registered as the subscriber and instead of Login/Register I see My Account as it should be http://prntscr.com/lcuzpv

    3. As for the review. Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide access. Or confirm the permit for deactivating plugins during the checking.

    5. how can i change the drop down link to active when I am in a page from the dropdown list? – Please specify which drop-down link you are talking about, please provide the screen and page URL

    1- please see the attached screenshot named 1, the responsive is not working well with those modules.
    2- screenshot named 2, Login/register still appears if you sign in as subscriber, on some pages only like the home page.
    3- screenshot named 3, the fading problem still appears
    4- screenshot named 4, the 3 links in the menu are blue in the homepage only! only “Home” should be blue in that page.
    5- in the page team (under about), the “about” in the menu is not turned into blue, it should be active as one of the dropdown links is active.
    6- you have the permission to deactivate the plugins to test the review problem, but make sure to activate the current active ones only! not all of them.

    Hello,

    1. You will need to make 3 banners in a row so that the content which you have in a banner could fit on any width. If we make responsive in height they will get the different height and it would not have a good view. As an alternative way out you can make the font-size of texts smaller;

    2. I have registered and logged in as s Subscriber http://prntscr.com/lk4acm I do not see the problem.

    3. I am checking the page and cannot figure out what fade you mean. I see the animation on loading you can disable it.

    4. & 5 http://prntscr.com/lk4eip The links are treated as active. You need to insert # instead of link/# http://prntscr.com/lk4jyd

    in regards to point 2 >> sign in and then go to the homepage, you will find (login/register) not (my account)

    for point 3 >> the titles are faded in Safari! in the screenshot you can see the other titles are clear and the one marked looks faded, that happens with all modules with fade effect animation.

    any updates regarding the reviews? you did not reply to that point

    Please update your theme this issue (the titles are faded in Safari) has been fixed.
