1. Create the sidebar http://prntscr.com/nd2kc9

2. Add the currency widget into it.

3. Create HTML block, add Widgetized sidebar element and choose your created sidebar

4. Add the HTML block to the header builder https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#header_builder

You would better double check, there should be the screenshot for the currency switcher which can be just added into the Header Builder by text/html block.
