Yes, I need access to the admin area not to the hosting. Please make sure you have your site URL with https in the Settings > General if your site is HTTP, change it to HTTPS.

This is the most common reason of the problem. Please save the theme settings and regenerate the CSS file in CSS grantor if you use it.
