As far as I understand. Everyone who buys a theme should follow the sequence below.

1. Installing the theme
2. Setting up the tree
3. Customize page layouts. (categories, subcategories, product, 404, adding / editing menus, filters, etc.)
4. Adding content. (recommended size of pictures, etc.)

By arranging instructions in this way, you are filming a lot of work all over the place.
