Reply To: 'Register' section not working.

I tried everything you listed and I am still having the same issue.

To be clear, the ‘my account’ page pulls up properly, and a site visitor can login if they have an account already. But clicking the ‘Register’ button does nothing, and also none of my custom registration fields from my B2B Pro Plug-in are displaying.
