You need to have the same header for all the pages and insert the slider in the top.

If you mean the shop page and product categories pages.

The shop page:

2. Enable Shop filters area always opened

3. Shop filters content type should be set Custom content

4. You can choose the HTML block with the slider

The product page: you can cost the HTML block wit the slider in the extra content https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#extra_content_options and set before the content in the product page options: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/#local_settings

As for the checkout and the shopping cart it can be hardly possible.
