I did “regenerate product lookup tables” more than 3 times – the same problem.
The an interesting point.
I installed and switched to Storefront theme and created native woocommerce filters on woocomerce 6.3.1 – filters are not working / not available at Storefront or available 1-2 mins after table regeneration and after disappear forever.
I guess the problem is woocommerce 6.3.x
My woodmart site does not have a custom code. I deactivated all plugins not related to woodmart theme – the same problem.
WC 6.2.x – ok
WC 6.3.x – filters issue, does not matter woodmart filters or native WC widgets.
My temporary solution is to move back to woocommerce 6.2.x and wait for a new woocommerce release.
