If you want to add the wishlist only on the cart page, you need to create a separate header in the Header builder: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/create-new-headers-with-header-builder/

And finally set this header for the cart page: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/

As for the filters, we would suggest to set the hidden sidebar as shown on this demo: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/?opt=hidden_sidebar

You need to add all the widgets to the Shop page widget in Appearance > Widgets.

Then enable the hidden sidebar in the Theme Settigns > Product Archives > Sidebar.

In case, you want to set it only for the mobile view, you need to create and enable the preset for the mobile view only: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/
