Hello,
You are using Elementor Pro templates for product archive pages, which is why the settings are not working.
Navigate to Templates and disable the Elementor templates or change the settings via the Elementor templates.
Otherwise, You need to disable the Elementor pro template and edit the Custom Product layouts of the theme, which are built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder, and then the theme settings will work.

In reply to: so attribute on product
Hello,
Glad to hear it’s working!
Regarding the layouts, please check the Display Conditions of each single product layout in Dashboard > Layouts.
If multiple layouts have the same condition (for example, all set to “All Products”), only one should remain active.
Keeping several layouts with overlapping conditions can cause conflicts or unexpected results.
So yes, you can safely keep just one layout for that condition.

Hello,
01. I have checked your site and the product images are in same size in grid.
See screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/GHfJ1qw802. The issue occurs because the product image you’re using is in PNG format with transparency. When Zoom is enabled, the transparent background allows the duplicated image layer behind it to become visible.
To fix this, please use a JPG image or remove the transparency from the PNG file. This will prevent the double image effect during zoom.
Otherwise, try to add the following custom css code in Theme Settings > Custom CSS.
.woocommerce-product-gallery__wrapper img { background: #ffffff !important; /* or use your site background color */ }03. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages and show the featured products.

Hi lasma,
Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
1. To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
2. In case, you are using custom layouts for a product page, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder. WoodMart has a special widget called Hook in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.
