    Hello,

Actually, with some of the demos, there are certain Custom Layouts enabled for the Single Product and Archive pages, which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that.

Navigate to Layouts > Edit product single product layout, remove the breadcrumbs widget, and change the background color directly from the layout.

    Hello,

This happens because WooCommerce filters (sidebar widgets) only work on Shop and product archive pages by default. When you create a custom page with a product grid or carousel widget, it doesn’t automatically inherit the shop filtering system.

You can either create a custom sidebar and assign it to that page, but note it will not include dynamic WooCommerce filters there. Or, if you need working filters (price, attributes, stock, etc.), you should use a proper Product Archive layout with the WooCommerce query instead of a static page and use the product archive and sidebar widget in the layout.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

Alternatively, to add the filters in this custom page, follow this guide and integrate the custom filters form.

    #721126

    Hello,

This is happening because the WooCommerce filter system is designed to work only with product archive pages.

When you use a “Products (Grid or Carousel)” element inside a custom layout, it does not connect to the WooCommerce query system in the same way, so the Product Filters cannot interact with it dynamically.

To achieve the exact behavior shown in your screenshot, you should:
Create a custom layout for this bed category and use the Products Archive widget (not the grid or carousel widget) and use the sidebar widget in the layout to show the sidebar in layout.

    Hello,

I see you are currently using an Elementor Pro single product template, which is why the WoodMart dynamic widgets (like the Product Countdown based on sale schedule) are not appearing there.

These WoodMart product widgets work inside WoodMart Theme Layouts, not inside Elementor Pro’s native product templates.

    Please switch to:
WoodMart > Layouts > Single Product Layout
and build your product page using the WoodMart layout builder. Then add the Product Countdown widget, which will automatically follow the WooCommerce scheduled sale dates.

    Hello,

    01. This demo is using a custom shop archive layout, That’s why you are seeing products added via a product carousel/widget layout and the sidebar filter is not appearing as a standard WooCommerce sidebar.

If you want to display all products with a normal shop layout + sidebar filters, please go to:
WoodMart > Layouts and disable or remove the custom layout:

“Product Archive Layout – Shop Accessories”

After that, the shop page will use the default WooCommerce template, and the sidebar filters will appear normally.

If you want to keep the custom layout but still show sidebar filters, you need to:

    – Edit the existing layout in WoodMart Layout Builder
    – Add a Sidebar element
    – Replace/adjust the product display using the Product Archive instead of the carousel widget.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    02. This happens because the attributes you are using are custom product attributes, which do not work with WooCommerce filters.

    Please create global attributes from:
Products > Attributes, then assign them to products.

After that, add them in the sidebar using the WoodMart WooCommerce Layered Nav widget, and the filters (Color, Model, etc.) will appear correctly.

    Hello,

    02. Everything is working fine on your site, For changing the menu color, Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > Edit current > Edit menu widget and in the style tab change the color.

    See Screenshot for clarification: https://postimg.cc/WtJK564Q

Regarding the button color, navigate to Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Buttons > Change Accent buttons background color.

To change the footer color, please go to Theme Settings >> Footer > Change the Background color and text color: https://ibb.co/Gfz3Gs6r

Regarding the discount badge color, it has already changed. If you want to change, you can change from Theme Settings > Shop > Products Labels > “Sale” label background.

    13. Blog posts in WordPress are normally displayed on the Blog / Posts page that is assigned in:

Dashboard > Settings > Reading > “Posts page”.

I have set up the blog post on your site, and the posts are showing in the blog page:
    https://faitheshop.com/blog

The URL you shared is returning a 404 because it contains special characters and spaces in the slug, which WordPress does not handle correctly.

    14. You are using a Custom Single Product layout, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder.

Navigate to Layouts > edit the Single product layout and add the social buttons widget to show this.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    15. This custom text is added via the layouts on product archive pages. Navigate to Layouts > Edit the “Shop archive layout Vegetables” layout with Elementor, and change this text

See Screenshot for better understanding: https://postimg.cc/XXrw6sS0

    16. Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Search and change “Popular requests.”
    https://postimg.cc/TpGYJP92

    17. In WoodMart search, the category filter works only when you first enter a keyword and then select a category. If the search field is empty, it may show a warning because WooCommerce requires a search term to query products.

Note: I understand your frustration, however I would like to clarify that there is no issue with the theme itself.

WoodMart is a feature-rich theme, and each demo element (slider, layouts, headers, etc.) needs to be properly configured after import based on your requirements.

To avoid confusion and ensure everything works smoothly, please follow the official documentation step by step:
    https://xtemos.com/documentation/woodmart/

    Hello,

I checked your setup and found that you are using a Custom Single Product Layout created with the WoodMart WooCommerce Layout Builder.

To remove the Reviews and Shipping sections, please:
    1. Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout
    2. Remove the corresponding Product Reviews and Shipping section from the layout: https://postimg.cc/WdTPqgt8

Regarding the Reviews menu item, it is being displayed through the Navigation Anchor widget used in your custom layout.

You can remove it by editing the menu assigned to that widget:
Appearance > Menus > Single Product Navigation

Then remove the Reviews menu item and save the menu.

    Hello,

Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like the Single Product page. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for a single product page and add a video element in the layout, and place it in the position where you want it to appear instead of the gallery.

    #719529

    Hello,

Instead of copying filters manually, you should create a proper archive structure:

    1. Create a separate product category like “Accessories.”
    (Products > Categories)
    2. Then Navigate to:
    Layouts > Product Archive
    3. Create or edit a custom archive layout
    4. In the layout builder, add the Filters
    5. Assign this layout to the Accessories category only using display conditions

This way, your Accessories page will behave like a separate shop page with its own filters, fully supported by the theme.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

But if you want to use a page, try to add the filters form to this custom page, follow this guide, and integrate the custom filters form.

    Hello,

You already created a layout, but the issue is that it is still assigned to “All Product Archives”, which includes Shop, categories, and search results together.

You need 2 separate layouts, Shop / Category layout (your current one)
    – Condition: All Product Archives
    – Layout: Categories first > Products below

    2. Search results layout (new one)
    – Condition: Search Results Page only
    – Layout: Products first > (optional categories or nothing): https://postimg.cc/VrkFQcL2

Navigate to > Layouts > Add New > Single condition > Search Results, then set the Products archive widget on top and Categories below.

    Hello,

    01. For the Size Guide issue, currently, you are using a custom product tab and adding the size guide content inside that tab. Since the custom tab is applied globally, the same size guide content appears on all products.

If you want to use a dynamic size guide for products, you should use the dedicated WoodMart Size Guide widget instead of a custom tab.

    Please navigate to:
Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout > Edit with Elementor

Then add the Size Guide widget in your single product layout. This will allow the size guide to work dynamically on products instead of showing the same content globally.

    02. Please navigate to:
Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout > Edit with Elementor and edit the custom content in the single product layout.

    03. You are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which is part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart. Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout and add the Product Short Description widget in the layout to show the short description.

    02. It’s related to how the first and second row of the Mega Menu is structured.

Most likely, the first row has a different container/column setting that affects alignment.

Please compare the row structure (container/column width settings) between the first and last row, as they are not behaving the same on the frontend.
