There are 2 things can caused that:

1. Please make sure you didn’t select same categories for all products.

2. You are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which is part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart.

Navigate to Layouts > edit the condition of product layout and configure the elements in the layout.

The issue occurs because you are using an Elementor Pro template, which overrides the theme’s default functionality, preventing the “Load More” button from working properly.

I recommend using the Theme Layout Builder instead and then testing the issue again. This will ensure full compatibility with the theme’s built-in features.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

Although, for the Single Product you can achieve that instead of Add to Cart you can have a Popup element added to the Theme under the Custom Layout made under the Dashboard > Layouts > and you can then show a button of Send Inquiry instead of Add to Cart.

The thing is that filters that are related to WooCommerce (filter by prod. categories, price filter, etc.) cannot work on simple pages. If you define the widget e.g Gallery – https://prnt.sc/YDt7yUGQdgV2 you will see that it appear.

Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts. But if you want to change the design, Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkouts. So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for category pages or use predefined layouts.

I see an error on his site due to insufficient memory on the server, because you have a lot of widgets on the shop page. This problem also exists with the default Product Attribute widget when there are a lot of them and you have a lot of products on the site.

Actually, with some of the Demos, there are certain Custom Layouts enabled for the Single Product and Archive pages which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that.

You are currently using a separate custom layout for the “Orthopedic Products” category. Additionally, for the archive pages, a custom layout is applied.
