Hello,
01. 02. Actually, with some of the Demos there are certain Custom Layouts enabled for the Single Product and Archive pages which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that.
Navigate to Layouts > Edit single product layout and add the sold counter widget to show this.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
03. I have checked your site and it is showing fine on mobile.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/7dGvmgrJ
04. Yes, your Track Your Order page is working correctly. You do not need to install any additional plugin for this feature.
WooCommerce provides the order tracking functionality by default, and the shortcode you added is the correct way to display the tracking form on a custom page.
As long as customers enter a valid Order ID and Billing Email, the order details will be shown correctly.

In reply to: Where can I edit the link? Register text button
Hello,
The Register button on the My Account page is generated by WooCommerce, so its link cannot be changed directly.
Try to create a custom layout for the Login / Registration page from the dashboard > Layouts.
Disable the default WooCommerce Register form > Add a custom button and set the button URL.
This way, when users click Register, they will be redirected to your wholesale registration page instead of the default WooCommerce registration.

In reply to: Cart page disappears after product deletion
Hello,
The issue was caused by the extra custom content added below the “Your cart is currently empty” message on your standard cart page. When a product was removed via AJAX, that content was hidden until the page was refreshed.
After removing that extra content and keeping only the standard WooCommerce cart shortcode, the cart now updates correctly without disappearing.
If you want to change the empty cart page, You can use our WoodMart WooCommerce Layouts builder to build a Custom Empty cart layout and customize it in the page builder.
More about the WooCommerce Layouts builder can be found in our documentation: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

In reply to: Split: Split: Products Page can not be opened
Hello,
The Shop page (/shop/) is a default WooCommerce archive page, which is why it does not have the same edit screen as standard pages.
To achieve a layout similar to the website you shared and add content above or below the products, you can use the following options in WoodMart:
1. Add filters (like the reference website):
You can add filter widgets from Appearance > Widgets by placing them in the Shop page widget area.
Please follow this guide for detailed steps:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/2. Add content above or below the products (text, banners, information):
Use the WoodMart Layout Builder. It allows you to create custom layouts for WooCommerce pages such as:
- Shop page
- Product category pages
- Single product pages
- Cart and Checkout pages
With the Layout Builder, you can add text, images, banners, or any other elements before or after the product archive.
You can learn more about the Layout Builder here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/This is the recommended way to customize the Shop page design and add additional content while keeping WooCommerce functionality intact.

10. Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs and set the Tabs layout to Accordion.

Hello,
01. You can use a WooCommerce Variable Product: create an attribute with your 3 options, enable it for variations, then set a separate price for each variation. Each dropdown selection will automatically show its corresponding price: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
If you want to show drop-down instead of swatches, disable the swatches from Product > Attributes > configure term.
02. Navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs and choose the tabs layout “Accordion”.
03. Try to create a custom layout for a single product page and add the size guide widget where you want to show.

In reply to: Price Tracker unavailable
Hello,
This behavior is expected. With some demo imports (including Furniture 2), WoodMart uses Custom Layouts for the Single Product and Archive pages. When a Custom Layout is active, changes made under Theme Settings will not affect the page, because the content is controlled directly by the Layout Builder instead.
To control elements like the Price Tracker, Visitor Counter, breadcrumbs position, and product details, you’ll need to add or remove these widgets directly inside the active layout.
You can find more information about how this works in the official documentation here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder
