30 second load time when product variation images are used from variations

    Hi,

    we are using product variation images directly uploaded to product variation as image, as the color for this option changes between brands so its a must option.
    However, we notice, that to load/download these images takes 30seconds for 50kb of variation image data to download (please see http://prntscr.com/n0y9n3).

    Any help would be great.

    Hi,

    Resources downloading are not controlled by our theme. It depends on your connection speed and on your server where the images are stored. And when we test your website, it loads all the resources in 3-4 seconds.

    Our server is a2hosting semi-dedicated cloud with litespeed configuration, 3GB ram, dual core cpu.

    You see these 3-4 seconds due to caching.

    Could you please check the loading time with default WordPress theme? Also, disable all external plugins that are not related to our theme while checking.

    It’s fine with a default theme.
    I will do it tonight with a filmstrip so would provide some definite insite.
