4×4 and 3×3 style

“Hello,

When a customer enters any category for the first time, they see the products in a 3×3 style, which doesn’t look professional because it displays three products in a single row. I want the first-time visitors to see it in a 4×4 layout. How can I achieve this? (here is photos)

Go to Theme Setting -> Product Archive -> Products grid -> Products columns on the desktop.
Here you can set Products columns on the desktop.
