Add 'before add to cart button' for single product

Goodmorning,

I would like to add a calculator per m2 in the ‘before add to cart’ position.
But only for 1 single product.
If i adjust it in theme settings, it will change it for all products we have.
Is there a way to do this for only 1 product?
I know we can add it elsewhere on the page but i would like it to show right next to the product photo’s.
