Add paypal account

How can I add a Paypal account, i’ve looking for the “Payment data transfer” option, and I can’t find it. what can i do?

This function comes with WooCommerce and you need to find more information about its configuration in the plugin’s documentation since it is not a part of our theme https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/paypal-standard/
