I’d love to have an option to collect and display customers’ phone numbers in the Abandoned Carts list. Many of my customers either don’t use email or prefer to be contacted by phone/SMS, so this feature would greatly improve my cart recovery rate.
Key points:
A dedicated phone field at checkout or in the user account.
Display phone numbers in the “Abandoned Carts” admin panel.
Helps store owners follow up with non-email users and improve recovery.
