Adding upsells to shopping cart display widget

Hi guys, can you tell us where the php code is for the shopping cart display widget please? Also is it possible in the system without programming to add upsells and cross sells into there?

Please add this code to the functions.php of the child theme:

   echo do_shortcode( '[html_block id="3008"]' );
}, 5 );

[html_block id="3008"] insert your HTML block ID in this place.

You can show any products in the HTML block by means of the Product grid /Carousel element.

hello, we had already tried that. This is the issue we thought it was. I have tried clearing the cache, different browers and even mobile devices. That cart doesnt update.
